OTICE is hereby given that by a Writ of Summons issued in an action intituled "In the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, Sum- mary Jurisdiction, Action No. 1056 of 1937, Between Lai King Chuen, plaintiff and Kwong Sheung Firm, defendants dated the 30th day of August, 1937, the Plaintiff, Lai King Chuen of No. 378, Shanghai Street, in the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hong Kong, claims against the Defendants, Kwong Sheung Firm for the sum of $130.00 being 2 Chinese lunar months' rent due and payable by the Defendants as sub-tenants to the Plaintiff in respect of the ground floor of No. 374, Shanghai Street in the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hong Kong, under a verbal lunar monthly tenancy, particluars whereof are as follows:- Two months' rent due from the 10th day, 6th moon, to the 9th day, 8th moon, this Chinese year, (17th July, 1937 to 13th September, 1937) at $65.00 per Chinese lunar month $130.00. AND NOTICE is further given that pursuant to Chapter XVII of the Code of Civil Procedure, Section 453, a Writ of Foreign Attachment was, on the 4th day of September, 1937, issued by the Registrar of the Supreme Court commanding the Bailiff of the Supreme Court to forthwith attach all the property, movable and immovable, of the abovenamed Defendants, Kwong Sheung Firm, which shall be found within the Colony, and to return the said Writ into the said Court on the 24th day of September, 1937.
