No. 8. 243.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked Tender for Permanent training of streamcourses near Aberdeen Reservoirs ", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 24th day of August, 1937. The work comprises the construction of necessary con- crete channelling, subsoil drainage and contingent works in connection with anti-malarial
measures.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $500 with the Colonial Treasury.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The work comprises the construction of necessary walling, channelling subsoil drainage and contingent works in connection with anti-malarial measures.
