No. S. 237.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, South, Queen's Building, 2nd floor, Hong Kong, at 11 a.m., on Friday, the 27th day of August, 1937.
The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less the last 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot for Ice storage plant, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 364 of 1934, and to Special Condition No. 2 (a) and (b), and Special Conditions hereunder specified.
The amount to be spent in rateable improvements to the satisfaction of the District Officer, South, within two years from the date of sale is $5,000 which includes cost of sea-wall.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The purchaser shall provide a 6 feet wide path on three sides which is shown coloured blue on plan and which must be kept open to public at all times.
2. The purchaser shall fill in to approved levels the area coloured yellow on plan which is Crown land at his own expense and to be kept open to the public at all times.
