No. S. 208.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Film Censorship Studio", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 6th day of August, 1937.

BOTANICAL AND FORESTRY DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 209.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for making, clearing and repairing Forestry Paths and Fire Barriers, 1937", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 9th day of August, 1937, for making, clearing and repairing forestry paths and fire barriers for the Botanical and Forestry Department.

For forms of tender, specifications and further particulars apply at this office.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 210.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked Tender for Construction of R.C. Pier for Central Store, North Point", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 9th day of August, 1937. The work comprises the construction of a reinforced concrete pier 70 feet in length by 30 feet in width and contingent works in front of the Reclamation situated between M.L. 277 and M.L. 320, North Point.

As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $750 with the Colonial Treasury.
