The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less the last 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 364 of 1934, and to Special Condition No. 2 (a) and (b).

NOTICE OF FIRING PRACTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
DEFENCES (FIRING AREAS) ORDINANCE, 1936.
Machine gun firing will be carried out from the western end of Stonecutters Island, between the hours of 7 p.m. and midnight, on the 12th, 19th and 22nd July, 1937. Firing Area "E" will be affected.
If, for any reason, firing cannot be carried out on these dates, it will take place on the 13th, 20th and 26th July, 1937.
Firing practice will be carried out from Pakshawan Battery, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., on 14th July, 1937. Firing Area "A" will be affected.
In accordance with sub-section 4 of section 4 of the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordi- nance, 1936, masters of vessels and pilots of aircraft exempt from the operation of this Ordinance under section 10 are warned to assist in the carrying out of the firing practice by hastening through the Firing Area affected or by consenting to be towed out of such area, if necessary, by any vessel acting under the orders of the Military Authorities.
