Lowe, Bingham & Matthews, Mercantile Bank Building, 7 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong, on Saturday, 31st July, 1937, at 12.30 p.m., for the purpose of baving the Account of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the Winding-Up has been conducted and the property of the Association disposed of, laid before such meeting and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and to pass the following Extra- ordinary Resolution, viz:--
"That the Books, Accounts and Docu- ments of the Association and of the Liquidator thereof be retained by the Liquidator, he undertaking to destroy them at the expiration of five years rom the dissolution of the Association."
