The Krishna Trade Mark in respect of Explosive substances in Class 20 is associated with Trade Mark No. 232 of 1934.
The "Red Chop" Trade Mark and the "Electro Chop" Trade Mark are associated with each other and with Trade Mark No. 274 of 1935. Registration of the "Red Chop Trade Mark and the " Electro Chop" Trade Mark is limited to the colours, red and white, as shown on the specimen marks affixed to the forms of applications for registration
The "Red Chop" Trade Mark and the "Electro Chop" Trade Mark have been applied to be registered with design as shown thereon.
