UNION INSURANCE SOCIETY OF CANTON, LIMITED, (Incorporated in Hong Kong)

NOTICE OF CALL.

OTICE is hereby given that at the Ordinary Yearly Meeting of the Union Insurance Society of Canton, Limited, held at the Registered Office of the Society, Union Building, Victoria, Hong Kong, on Friday the 16th April 1937, a Resolution was passed whereby a call of £2 per share was made upon all shareholders of the Society appearing on the Register of Members on the 16th April 1937 and that the same was made payable to the Society at its Registered Office, Union Building, Victoria, Hong Kong, on the 10th day of May, 1937.

At such Ordinary Yearly Meeting it was further resolved :—

"That for the purpose of paying the aforesaid call of £2 per share a capital bonus of £2 per share be and is hereby declared payable on the 10th day of May 1937 and that such capital bonus be applied by the Directors on behalf of the persons who on the 16th day of April 1937 were the holders of such shares in satisfaction of the said call of £2 per share in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Society and that such capital bonus shall accordingly be treated for all purposes as an increase in the amount of the paid up capital of the Society held by each such shareholder and not as income."

The said Trade Mark has been declared to be distinctive by order of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government pursuant in Section 9, sub-section 5 of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909.

The said Trade Mark is to be associated with Trade Marks Nos. 10XLVIIIB of 1889 and 125 of 1925 in Class 48, with Trade Marks Nos. 144 of 1908 and 201 of 1936 in Class 44, with Trade Marks Nos. 10XLVIHA of 1889, 10L of 1889, 97 of 1920, 100 of 1920 and 271 of 1929 in Class 3 and with Trade Marks Nos. 177 of

1901 and 295 of 1930 in Class 2.
