3. Trees shall not be planted within 10 feet of the existing graves on the lot.

No. S. 113.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the Land Office, Ping Shan, at 11.30 a.m., on Thursday, the 20th day of May, 1937.
The Lots are sold for the term of seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent. Serial Nos. 1 to 5 as Building Lots, and Serial No. 6 as an Orchard Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 364 of 1934.
