Re Chu Wai (1) alias Chu Chung Hin (A) lately carrying on business nuder the style or Firm name of Kwong Fook Cheong at the Kwong Fok Cheong Shipyard situate al Lot No. 1149 (Sections B and C) Survey District IV. Un Chow Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Creditor's petition was filed on the 9th day of March, 1957, and a Receiving Order against the above estate was made on the 3rd day of April, 1937. First meeting of creditors will be held on the 15th day of April, 1937, at 11a.m., in the Official Receiver's Office, Supreme Court, Hong Kong.
NOTE: All debts due to the estate should be paid to me.

Lok Chuen Kee,defendant ", dated the 19th day of March, 1937, the Plaintiff, Wong Cheuk Hing trading as aforesaid of No. 32, Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, in the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hong Kong, claims against the Defendant, Lok Chuen trading as aforesaid for the sum of $617.01 being balance due by the Defendant to the Pintiff for the price of goods sold and delivered, full particulars have already been delivered to the Defendant by the Plaintiff AND NOTICE is further given that pursuant to Chapter XVII of the Code of Civil Procedure, Section 453, a Writ of Foreign Attachment was, on the 25th day of March, 1937, issued by the Registrar of the Supreme! Court commanding the Bailiff of the Supreme Court to forthwith attach all the property, movable and immovable, of the abovenamed Defendant, Lok Chuen trading as aforesaid, which shall be found within the Colony, and to return the said Writ into the said Court on the 16th day of April, 1937.
