The Trade Marks are intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith, in respect of the following goods :-

Trade Mark No. 2 is associated with Trade Mark No. 198 of 1922.

OTICE is hereby given that Etconal and Assudamal Company of Nos. 3 and 5, Puldell Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 15th day of January, 1937, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz:-
Empire Maus
in the name of toomal and Assudamal Com- pany, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The above Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of articles of clothing in Class 36.
The Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "Comfort".
