SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SERIAL No. 8.
1. The families concerned to have right of access at the Spring and Autumn festivals to all existing graves on the site.
2. 50% of the area to be planted within 12 months from date of sale, and the whole to be planted within two years from date of sale, to the satisfaction of the District Officer.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SERIAL No. 9.
1. The purchaser shall plaut 50% of the area within 12 months, and the whole area within two years, of the date of sale, to the satisfaction of the District Officer.
2. The purchaser shall pay the sum of $37.50 as compensation for 250 pine trees growing on the arca, to the licensee of F.L. No. 1.
SPECIAL CONDITION TO SERIAL No. 10.
The purchaser shall pay to the licensee of F.L. No. 568, the sum of $14 as com- pensation for 140 pine trees growing on the lot.
SPECIAL CONDITION TO SERIAL No. 15.
A space of 10 feet to be kept clear of the existing grave on the lot.
