The transfer shall be completed on the Thirtieth day of March, 1937.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at No. 297 Queen's Road West, Victoria aforesaid, under the same style or firm
name of "Luen Fong" () and will
not assume the liabilities incurred by the Trans- feror in the said business.
