OTICE is hereby given that the Chung Kwong Electric Machine Weaving
Factory (*) of Nos.
161 to 169, Kowloon City Road, Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have by an applica tion dated the 29th day of December, 1936, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-
牌棉紅
in the name of the Chung Kwong Electric Machine Weaving Factory, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Mark has been used by the applicants in respect of Cotton piece goods in Class 24 since 1932.
The registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the device of a roll.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
