Logan, O.B.E., M.C., heretofore carrying on business as a Consulting Engineer at the Hongkong Bank Building, Hong Kong, under the style or firm name of "Logan and Amps" ceased to carry on business as such Consulting Engineer as on and from the 31st day of December, 1936, and that after that date, no person shall have the right to trade under or use the said firm name of "Logan and Amps" or to incur any debts under such name.
