Form No. 52 in the Appendix is amended by the repeal of the word "slaves" in the seventh line thereof and of the words "and slaves" in the ninth line thereof.
(1) Section 21 is amended by the repeal of the words or military service" in the third and fourth lines thereof and the substitu- tion therefor of the words military or air
services".
(2) Section 33 is amended by the insertion of the word "personal" immediately before the word "estate" in the seventh line thereof.
(3) Section 66, as enacted by Ordinance No.
46 of 1935, is amended by the repeal of the words unless the context otherwise requires in the first line thereof.

(4) Section 67, as enacted by Ordinance No.
46 of 1935, is amended by the repeal of the words "either before or after the pass- ing of this Ordinance" in the third line thereof.

(5) Section 77 is amended by the repeal of the word heretofore in the first line thereof and the repeal of the proviso thereto.
(1) Section 4 (1) is amended by the insertion of the words or frequent immediately before the words a brothel in the third line of paragraph (c) and the fourth line of paragraph (d) thereof.
(2) Section 18 (3) is amended by the repeal of the word under in the fifth line thereof and the substitution therefor of the words against the provisions of ".

(8) Section 24 is amended by the repeal of the word estate in the fourth line thereof and the substitution therefor of the word property ".

(4) Sections 33 and 34 are amended by transferring all the words in sub-section (2) of section 34 to the end of section 33 and by renumbering sub-section 34 (1) as section 34.
(5) Section 38 is repealed.
(6) Section 41 is repealed and the following
section substituted therefor :-
41. All summonses, notices, and other Service of documents required to be served or given summons, under this Ordinance on behalf of the notice, etc. Secretary for Chinese Affairs shall be deemed validly and sufficiently served or given if served on or left with the person intended to be served or to whom the
