Section 26 (4) is amended by the repeal of the word knowingly in the first line thereof.
Section 2 is amended by the repeal of the words at the commencement of this Ordinance in the sixth and seventh lines thereof and the insertion of the word since between the words has and been in the sixth line thereof.
Section 7 (2) is repealed.

(1) Section 8 (1) is amended by the insertion of the word any immediately after the word of in the second line thereof.
(2) Section 9 is amended by the repeal of the word and figure section 3" in the second line thereof and the substitution therefor of the words this Ordinance

(3) Section 14, as amended by Ordinance No.
30 of 1931, is amended:-----
(i) by the repeal of the words "hereto- fore or hereafter

(ii) by the repeal of the words "a mem- ber of the Volunteer Defence Corps and the substitution therefor of the words a member of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, a member of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force, ".

(4) Form No. 1 in the First Schedule is amended by the repeal of the words at the police court in this Colony in the sixth line thereof and the substitution therefor of the words at the police court
