(1) Section 4 is repealed and the following

section substituted therefor :-

"4. For the purposes of this Ordinance, Definition 'petroleum' includes crude petroleum, oil of petroleum. made from petroleum or from coal, shale, 34 & 35 peat or other bituminous substances, and Vict. c. 105, other products of petroleum or of any of s. 3. the above-mentioned oils, and mixtures containing petroleum or any of the above- mentioned oils.

(2) Section 5 is amended by the repeal of sub-

section (2) thereof.

(3) Section 19 is amended by the repeal of the words naval or military authorities" in the fourth line thereof and the substitution therefor of the words naval, military or air force authorities ".
