ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1936. (TELECOMMUNICATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (f) of sub-section (1) of section 32 of the Telecommunication Ordin- ance, 1936, the Governor in Council makes the following amendments of the Radiocommunication Regulations :-
Amendment.
Regulation No. 20 (as enacted by Government Notification No. 895 of 1936) is amended by
(1) the substitution of the words "the waters of the Colony" for the words "any harbour of the Colony"
(2) the substitution of the words "in the waters of the Colony" for the words "in harbour" in paragraphs (a), (b) and (d) of the proviso.
