Mr. LANCELOT RUGGLES ANDREWES to be Official Receiver in Bankruptcy and Registrar of Trade Marks and Patents, with effect from the 9th October, 1937.

No. 811.-It is hereby notified that is Excellency Sir GEOFFRY ALEXANDER STAFFORD NORTHCOTE, K.C.M.G., has been pleased to accept the position of Honorary Captain of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force.
