No. 788.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate Mr. SUM PAK MING as a Member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong for a further period of three years, with effect from 26th October, 1937.

No. 789.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under section 9 (3) of the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 36 of 1931, Mr. CHARLES BERNARD BROWN, J.P., to be a Member of the Licensing Board for a period of three years, with effect from 28th October, 1937.

No. 790-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under section. 9 (4) of the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 36 of 1931, Mr. JOHN HENNESSEY SETH, J.P., to be a Member of the Licensing Board, during the absence from the Colony of Mr. JOHN LIVINGSTONE MCPHERSON, M.B.E., with effect from 28th October, 1937.
