No. 781.-With reference to Notification No. 738 published in the Gazette of the 15th October, 1937, notice is hereby given that as no nominations have been received, the election by the Justices of the Peace announced to be held at the Supreme Court on Friday, the 29th day of October, 1937, will not take place.

No. 782. With reference to Government Notification No. 470 published in the Gazette of the 9th July, 1937, Notification is hereby made by direction of His Honour the Chief Justice pursuant to Rule 2 (3) of the Hong Kong (Non-Domiciled Parties) Divorce Rules, 1936 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1936, No. 30 and Hong Kong Govern- ment Notification No. 15 of the 3rd January, 1936), that the underwritten names of further Judges of the Court have been submitted through the Secretary of State for the Colonies and approved by the Lord Chancellor as additional judges for the purpose of exercising jurisdiction under the Indian and Colonial Divorce Jurisdiction Act, 1926 (16 and 17, Geo. 5, c. 40) and the said Rules.
