Notice to Airmen No. 2 of the year 1937.

Under the Authority of the Air Navigation Directions (Hong Kong), 1932, (No. 1), paragraph 95 (b) the following housing fees are laid down to take effect from the 1st November, 1937, in substitution for the fees and charg ›s published in Notification No. 113 in the Gazette of the 19th February, 1932; Notification No. 355 in the Gazette of the 3rd May, 1935; Notification No. 296 in the Gazette of the 27th March, 1936; Notification No. 297 in the Gazette of the 27th March, 1936; Notification No. 973 in the Gazette of the 11th December, 1936.

SECTION 1.--ACCOMMODATION FEES.

(1) Hangar fees.-The fees for the housing of com- mercial or private flying machines in hangars at Kai Tak Airport hereinafter referred to as the Airport will be assessed on the basis of the space occupied, i.e., the product of the span of the flying machine, as housed, and its maximum length, in accordance with the following schedule :-

N.B. The above fees are exclusive of landing fees.

(2) Charges for flying machines accommodated in the open.--The charges for all flying machines not accommodated in a hangar, will be 50 per cent. of the standard housing fees given in para. (1) above, but will operate only after a flying machine has been left on the aerodrome or moored at an anchorage for a period of six hours. These charges will apply whether the flying machine is secured to the ground or to a structure on the Airport, or is left on the ground unsecured or at an anchorage.
