It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has given directions for the rescission of the Order of the 15th July, 1937, published in the Gazette of the 16th July, 1937, as Government Notification No. 485, declaring Hoihow to be a place at which an infectious or contagious disease, namely, cholera, prevailed, and the same is hereby rescinded.

ORDINANCE No. 11 of 1937. (FORESTRY).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (2) of the Forestry Ordinance, 1937, the Governor in Council hereby rescinds Regulation 1 of the First Schedule to the said Ordinance and substitutes the following Regulation 1 therefor
1. No person shall without lawful excuse sell, offer for sale, or have in his possession or under his custody or control any portion of any of the following plants, namely—
