The rainfall for the month of September at Victoria Peak was 8ins. 94 on 15 days at Mount Kellett, it was 6ins. 73 on 11 days, at Botanical Gardens, Sins. 90 on 13 days, at Taipo, 13ins. 64 on 12 days, and at Fanling, 13ins. 94 on 12 days.
The lowest reading of the barometer (M.S.L.) was 28ins. 356 at 3b. 45m on the 2nd. The maximum gust velocity as recorded by the Dines-Baxendell anemograph, was at the rate of >125 miles per hour at 03h. 20m. on the 2nd.
