ORDINANCE No. 35 of 1935. (DANGEROUS DRUGS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, 1935, the Governor in Council amends the regulations published as Government Notification No. 971 in the Gazette of the 13th December, 1935, as follows:-
Amendment.
(1) Regulation 21 and the heading thereto are repealed. (2) Schedule II is repealed.

The Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance, 1936, Ordinance No. 7 of 1936, section 18.
It is hereby declared by order of His Excellency the Governor in Council that Shanghai is a place at which an infectious or contagious disease, namely, cholera, prevails.
