No. 644-It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government, under instructions received from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, has been pleased to make the following appointment:-

Dr. PAUL BIDDULPH WILKINSON, M.R.C.S., L.R.C.P. (London), M.B., B.S. (London), M.R.C.P. (London), to be a Medical Officer, with effect from 1st September, 1937.

No. 645.- His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. PATRICK CARDINALL MASON SEDGWICK to be Administrative Assistant, Sanitary Department, with effect from 2nd September, 1937.

No. 646.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. ERNEST HILLAS WILLIAMS to act as Secretary for Chinese Affairs, with effect from this date.
