6. Sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Motor Spirit Amendments Ordinance, 1930, is amended by the insertion of the words No. 4 of "or aircraft" after the word "ship" in paragraphs (a), (b) 1930, and (c).

7. Section 37 of the Motor Spirit Ordinance, 1930, is Amendment amended-
of Ordinance No. 4 of 1930,
(i) by the insertion of the words 'or by the person in s. 37. charge of the aircraft' after the word "ship" in sub-section (1);
(ii) by the insertion of the words "or aircraft' after the word "ship" in sub-section (2);
(iii) by the substitution of the words "departure of the ship or aircraft" for the words "sailing of the ship" in sub- section (3);
(iv) by the insertion of the words "or aircraft stores' after the words "ships stores" in sub-section (4).
(v) by the insertion of the words "or aircraft" after the word "ship" wherever that word occurs in sub-section
(5).
8. Sub-section (2) of section 43 of the Motor Spirit Amendment Ordinance, 1930, is amended by the insertion of the words of Ordinance ", if practicable," after the word "together" in the first 1930,
