27. A cable ground is established between the mooring Cornflower buoys of H.M.S. "Cornflower" moored 400 yards south-west of Kellett Island, and the Praya East seawall, within the following boundaries :-
Northern boundary.-A line joining the mooring buoys of H.M.S. "Cornflower".
Southern boundary.—The Praya East seawall between a white streak on such seawall between Tonnochy Road and Marsh Road and another white streak on such seawall between Marsh Road and Bowrington Canal.
Eastern boundary.—A line joining the eastern extremities of the northern and southern boundaries.
Western boundary.-A line joining the western extremi- ties of the northern and southern boundaries.
Area.
28. A cable ground is established between Kellett Island East Point and the island of Hong Kong at East Point within the follow- ing boundaries :----
Western boundary.-A line drawn 180° from the western- most rock on the west side of Kellett Island to the foreshore of the island of Hong Kong.
Eastern boundary.-A line drawn parallel to the western boundary and four hundred feet to the east of it.
29. A cable ground is established in the vicinity of Slope Slope Island and Lam Tong Island within the following boundaries :-
South-western boundary.-A line drawn in a direction 140° from the western end of Slope Island to Lam Tong Island.
North-eastern boundary.-A line drawn parallel to the south-western boundary and 900 yards to the north-eastward of it.
Island Area.

30. Except as provided in regulation 25 (3) no ship, junk Anchoring or vessel of any description shall anchor either within the limits of any cable ground or other protected apparatus area or within fifty yards on either side of any line of telegraph cable.
31. Fishing is prohibited within the Telegraph Cable Fishing Reserve.

32. 33. Any vessel approaching a port in the Colony when Search- searchlights are being worked, and fearing that they may interfere with her safe navigation, may make the signal "ZO", either (a) by flashing lamp; or (b) by whistle, siren or fog horn.
