14. The portions of the seawall for a distance of 35 feet measured from each side of the Wilmer Street Ferry Pier situated between Wilmer Street and Eastern Street shall be kept clear of vessels. No vessel shall be brought alongside or lie off any of the said portions of the seawall, nor shall any vessel, other than ferry vessels using the said pier, approach any of such portions of the seawall.
15. The portions of the seawall for a distance of 50 feet measured from each side of the Shamshuipo Ferry Pier shall be kept clear of vessels. No vessel shall be brought alongside or lie off any of the said portions of the seawall, nor shall any vessel, other than the ferry vessels using the said pier, approach any of such portions of the seawall.
16.-(1) No vessel shall enter or be within any part of the inlet or nullah known as the Bowrington Canal.
(2) No vessel shall be anchored or moored within a distance of 100 feet to the north of the bridge on Gloucester Road over the Bowrington Canal.

North side of the City of Victoria.
17. Western Boundary.-A line drawn N.30°E. 2,775 Limits of feet from the Praya wall in a line with the Cenotaph.
Man-of-War Anchorage on North side of
Northern Boundary. From the northern extremity of Victoria. the line forming the western boundary a line drawn N.85°E. 4,300 feet.
Eastern Boundary. From the eastern extremity of the line forming the northern boundary, a line drawn S.15 W. 3,400 feet.
Southern Boundary. From the southern extremity of the line forming the eastern boundary, a line drawn S.85°W. 1,900 feet and thence a line drawn S.25°W. to the shore.
West side of the Kowloon Peninsula.

18. Southern Boundary.-From the point where the Limits of northern side of the North Pier, Hongkong and Kowloon Anchorage Wharf and Godown Company's premises joins the Praya wall, at Kowloon. a line drawn west 2,250 feet, thence a line drawn 295° 1,950 feet..
Western boundary.-A line drawn 025° 1,900 feet from the western extremity of the southern boundary.
Northern boundary.-From the northern extremity of the western boundary a line drawn east until it meets the Praya wall.
