No. 465.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has approved the relinquishment by Surgeon-Lieutenant LESLIE JOHN DAVIS of his Commission in the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force as from 25th June, 1937.

No. 466.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate Mr. MICHAEL HOWARD TURNER as a Member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong for a period of three years, with effect from 10th June, 1937.

No. 467.- His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate Mr. JOHN KEITH BOUSFIELD as a Member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong during the absence from the Colony of Dr. GEORGE DUNCAN RALPH BLACK, O.B.E., V.D., with effect from 10th June, 1937.

SUPREME COURT.
No. 470.-Notification is hereby made by direction of the Chief Justice pursuant to Rule 2 (2) of the Hong Kong (Non-Domiciled Parties) Divorce Rules, 1936, (Ŝtatutory Rules and Orders, 1936, No. 30), that pursuant to Rule 2 (1) of the said Rules the under- written names of the Judges of the Court have been submitted through the Secretary of State for the Colonies and approved by the Lord Chancellor for the purpose of exercising jurisdiction under the Indian and Colonial Divorce Jurisdiction Act, 1926, (16 and 17 Geo. 5, c. 40), and the said Rules.
