2. Regulation 13 (1) of the said regulations, as enacted by Government Notification No. 144 published in the Gazette of the 14th February, 1936, is amended-
(a) by the rescission of the word Schedule in the fourth line thereof and the substitution of the words First or Third Schedules therefor;
(b) by the insertion of the words in such form as the Superintendent may require" immediately after the word
statement in the seventh line thereof;

(c) by the rescission of the words "his custody charge
