ORDINANCE No. 38 of 1932. (PRISONS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Prisons Ordinance, 1932, and by virtue of section 39, a (1) of the Interpretation Ordinance, 1911, the Officer Administer- ing the Government makes the following order :-

ORDER.

The portion of the Queen Mary Hospital known as "The Prison Ward" is and shall be set apart for the purpose of a prison.
