ORDINANCE No. 39 of 1931. (TOBACCO).

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 5 of the Tobacco Ordinance, 1931, the Governor in Council prescribes the following fee in substitution for the fee for a Retailer's Licence in the New Territories other than New Kowloon, set out in the Third Schedule to the said Ordinance, and the said Schedule is hereby amended accordingly :---

FEE.

Retailer's licence-

(d) New Territories other than New Kowloon......$10.00

COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.

It is hereby notified with reference to Government Notification No. 346 of the 29th May, 1931, that a Conven- tion (Supplementary to the Convention signed at London on the 11th November, 1924) between the United Kingdom and the Czechoslovak Republic, to facilitate the conduct of legal proceedings, was signed at Prague on the 15th February, 1935, and has been extended to this Colony as from the 5th January, 1937. A copy of the Convention can be seen on application at this Office.
