No. 368.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint provisionally, and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, Mr. MARCUS THEODORE JOHNSON to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council, vice Mr. ARTHUR WILLIAM HUGHES, resigned, with effect from 21st May, 1937.

His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. EDGAR DAVIDSON, provisionally, and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council, in the place of Mr. STANLEY HUDSON DODWELL, who is temporarily absent from the Colony, with effect from the 25th May, 1937.
