ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, and of all other powers in that behalf enabling, the Governor in Council hereby further amends Table T in the Schedule to the said Ordinance as follows:-
Amendment.
Condition 10 in the case of licences for Water Boats, in the list of Forms in paragraph 4 under the heading "Class E. All other boats not licensed in Classes A, B, C or D", as enacted by Government Notification No. 828 published in the Gazette of the 16th October, 1936, is rescinded, and the following condition is substituted therefor :-.
10. Except with the written permission of the Director of Medical Services, no water shall be taken into this boat from any source other than the Government Waterworks at: Aberdeen, Lai Chi Kok and Shaukiwan or the Taikoo Sugar Refinery at Quarry Bay.
Such permission will only be given for limited periods and in special circumstances, to be determined in each case by the Director of Medical Services.

ORDINANCE No. 29 of 1936.
(PLEASURE GROUNDS
AND BATHING PLACES REGULATION).
In exercise of his powers under sections 3, 4 and 8 of the Pleasure Grounds and Bathing Places Regulation Ordin- ance, 1936, the Governor in Council
(1) Amends the First Schedule to the said Ordinance by the insertion of Chatham Road Park (South) at the end of the list of Places of Public Resort.
(2) Amends the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance by the insertion of the following section between the section relating to THE BOTANIC GARDENS and the section relating to WEST END PARK.
