No. 188.-It is hereby notified that during the absence on leave of Dr. GEORGE DUNCAN RALPH BLACK, O.B.E., Honorary Consular Agent for Cuba at Hong Kong, Dr. ALFRED JOHN SKINN will be in charge of the Cuban Consulate.
