No. 151.-It is hereby notified that it is the intention of His Excellency the Governor to make an Order on the expiration of six months from the date hereof direct- ing the removal of all graves in those portions of Shum Wan Cemetery, Aberdeen, which are shown shaded black on a plan deposited in the Offices of the Urban Council in this Colony. Such Order will be made for the purpose of the execution of a public work namely the proper laying out of such area for the purpose of burial therein of Chinese

It is here by notified that it is the intention of His Excellency the Governor to make an Order on the expiration of six months from the date hereof direct- ing the removal of all graves in that portion of Section A in Chai Wan Cemetery in which bodies were buried during the year 1930, and in those portions of Sections B and C in which bodies were buried during the year 1929. Such Order will be made for the purpose of the execution of a public work namely the proper laying out of such area or the purpose of burial therein of Chinese dead.
