No. 60.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. JOHN ALEXANDER FRASER, M.C., to act as Crown Solicitor, with effect from the 1st February, 1937.

No. 61. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under Regulation No. 1 made by the Governor in Council under section 4 of the Nurses Registration Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 1 of 1931, to appoint Mrs. ANN HUGHES to be a Member of the Nurses Board, during the absence from the Colony of Miss MAUD WARD, with effect from 26th January, 1937.

In accordance with the provisions of section 4 of the Unclaimed Balances Ordinance, 1929, His Excellency the Governor hereby directs that the respective sums of money, particulars of which appear hereunder, shall be transferred from the Deposit Account to the general revenue of the Colony. This transfer is subject to the provisions contained in the said Ordinance as to refunds.
