(3) the ferry adheres to a schedule approved by the Harbour Master; and
(4) all directions given by the Harbour Master as to terminal and intermediate (if any) places or ports of call are complied with; and
(5) only vessels licensed and approved for the purpose by the Harbour Master are employed; and
(6) the fares and charges at any time taken and made are approved by the Harbour Master.

The ferry of Tsang Hon between Sam Ka Tsun and A Kung Nam, i.e., across Lyeemun Pass.
