Declarations and Office Copies of the Letters Patent and complete Specification required by the above mentioned Ordinances have been duly filed in the Office of the Re- gistrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong and that it is the intention of the above named Ex- PANDED METAL COMPANY by Messrs. DEN- NYS & BOWLEY their Solicitors to apply to Ilis Excellency the Governor for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hongkong of the said invention,
