OTICE is hereby given that a Petition presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, on the 3rd day of June, 1936, for confirming the Reduction of the Capital of the above named Company from $ 15,000,000.00 to $11,250,000.00, is directed to be heard before His Honour Sir Alasdair Duncan Atholl Macgregor, Kt., K.O., on Thursday, the 30th day of July, 1936, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.

Any Creditor or Shareholder of the company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for reducing the Capital of the said company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose.

A copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or shareholder of the company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charges for the same.

OTICE is hereby given that a Petition was on the 8th day of May, 1936, presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, by The Bank of Canton, Ltd. and Ho Ching Hoi, Chu Yun Chi and C. Lane Poole alias Chan Kam Po, three creditors of the abovenamed Bank praying for the sanctioning of the Scheme of Arrangement between the unsecured creditors and members and the said Bank and for con- firming the reduction of the issued capital of the said Bank from $8,665,600,00 $1,083,200.00 and that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court on Fri- day, the 17th day of July, 1936, at 10 a.m. in the forenoon. Any creditor or shareholder of the Bank desiring to oppose the said Scheme and/or the making of an order confirming the reduction of the capital of the said Bank as aforesaid, should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose. A copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or shareholder of the Bank requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charges for the same.
