the winding up of the above named Com- pany by the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, was on the 14th day of May, 1936, presented to the said Court by Hongkong Amusements Limited (In Liquidation) of 6, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, And that the said Petition is directed to be beard before the Court sitting at 10 am, on Tuesday the 2nd day of June, 1936, and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an Order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose and a copy of the l'etition will be fur- nished to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
