(x.) For the words "incur a penalty" in con- nexion with the infliction of a pecuniary penalty, there shall be read "liable to a fine ".

5. In the enactments referred to in the sche- Special dule, the words indicated and following the word "for" are repealed and replaced by the words indicated and following the words "there shall be read"; and in all editions of the Laws of Hongkong hereafter to be printed the enactments so affected are hereby authorised to be printed as so amended, and shall be construed and enforced accordingly.
