Nơ. S. 288.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders which should be clearly marked "Tender for supplying Flower Pots" will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 28th October, 1911, for supplying Flower Pots for the year
1912.
For form of tender apply at the Colonial Secretary's Office.
For specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $25 as a pledge of the bonâ fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

It is hereby notified that sealed tenders which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Labour and Stores, Botanical and Forestry Departmcut" will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 28th October, 1911, for the supply of Labour and Stores required by the Botanical and Forestry Department to the end of the year 1912.
