A the above-named Company duly con

vened and held at No. 8, Kiangsi Road. Shanghai, on the 7th day of August, 1911, the following resolutions were duly passed, and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the said Company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 23rd day of August, 1911, the following resolutions were duly confirmed, viz. :---

That the Company be voluntarily liquid. ated, That a liquidator or liquidators be appointed with power or powers to dispose of the assets of the Com- pany to the best interests of the shareholders and That Mr. MICHAEL HUGHES of 21. Yuen-Ming-Yuen Road, Shanghai, be appointed liquid- ator for the purposes of the winding up.
