No. 949. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. WILLIAM LA BARTE SPARROW to be a Superintendent of Police, with effect from 25th October, 1936.

No. 950.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. LANCELOT HENRY CALTHROP CALTHROP to be a Superintendent of Police, with effect from 21st November, 1936.

No. 952.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under section 9 (4) of the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 36 of 1931, Mr. JOHN LIVINGSTONE MCPHERSON, O.B.E., to be a Member of the Licensing Board for a period of three years, with effect from 25th November, 1936.
