No. 897. It is hereby notified that Mr. ROBERT ANDREW DERMOD FORREST resumed duty as Principal Assistant Colonial Secretary and Clerk of Councils as from 7th November, 1936.

No. 898.-It is hereby notified that Mr. DAVID MERCER MACDOUGALL resumed duty as Deputy Clerk of Councils as from 7th November, 1936.

No. 899.-It is hereby notified that Mr. JOHN THEOPHILUS BAGRAM, Honorary Consul-General for Siam at Hong Kong, resumed charge of the Siamese Consulate- General on 6th November, 1936.

No. 900. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Captain G. W. P. KIMM to be a Member of the Board of Education for a further period of two years, with effect from 23rd November, 1936.

No. 901.-It is hereby notified that Mr. WALTER JOHN EASTON MACKENZIE resumed duty as Colonial Veterinary Surgeon on 12th November, 1936.

No. 902.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under Regulation No. 1. made by the Governor in Council under section 4 of the Nurses Registration Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 1 of 1931, to appoint Mrs. WONG CHOW FUK YING(X) to be a Member of the Nurses Board for a period of three years, with effect from 9th November, 1936, vice Miss Kong CHING POH (L), resigned.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, the General Officer Commanding the Troops, with the approval of the Governor after consulta- tion with the Commandant of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, amends the Schedules and Appendices to the said Ordinance as follows:-
