It is hereby notified for general information that by an Exchange of Notes between His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom and the Brazilian Government regarding Commercial Relations made in London on the 10th August, 1936, it has been agreed to accord most-favoured-nation treatment, on condition of reciprocity, to goods produced or manufactured in the United Kingdom, or in any British Colony, protectorate or mandated territory, and imported into Brazil, whether for consumption, re-export or transit.
