No. 789. With reference to the Forest Officers Ordinance, 1923, it is hereby notified that NG SANG (4) has been appointed Forest Guard in the Botanical and Forestry Department in place of UN HONG() retired, with effect from the 1st September, 1936.

HARBOUR DEPARTMENT.
No. 790. Under authority of Merchant Shipping Ordinance 10 of 1899 Section 39, Subsection 18, regulations published in Government Gazette No. 25 of the 1st June, 1934, under Notification No. 430, are hereby cancelled and the following substituted therefore.
Vessels other than those employed in the carriage of Pigwash are prohibited, be- tween the hours of 5 a.m. and 9 a.m., from mooring to the sea wall in Hong Kong between the Western extremity of the Dust boat station opposite Wilmer Street and the Eastern boundary of the Stone steps situated opposite Eastern Street.
